10A NCAC 71P .0103. GENERAL ASSISTANCE PAYMENT PROGRAM PROCEDURES

The following general procedures shall be applicable to the state/county special assistance for adults program:

(1)           Notices and hearings rules stated in 10A NCAC 67A .0200 shall control for State/County Special Assistance for Adults.

(2)           Confidentiality rules stated in 10A NCAC 69 shall control for State/County Special Assistance for Adults.

(3)           Manual rules stated in 10A NCAC 71P shall control for State/County Special Assistance for Adults.
