10A NCAC 71P .0201. MAXIMUM RATES

The county department of social services may negotiate rates lower than the maximum rates with operators of domiciliary care facilities. Maximum rates are published in the Eligibility Manual ‑‑ State/County Special Assistance for Adults Manual ‑‑ located in Room 531 of the Albemarle Building, 325 North Salisbury Street, Raleigh, North Carolina and in each county department of social services.
