11 NCAC 11C .0102. FORM OF REPORT ON EXAMINATION

The reports on examination prepared by the department as a result of a triennial examination, special examination or any other type examination of an insurance company licensed to do business in North Carolina will be in the form adopted and prescribed by the National Association of Insurance Commissioners to the extent possible, but subject to the discretion of the Commissioner of Insurance as deemed appropriate under the circumstances of an examination.
