11 NCAC 11C .0103. REPRODUCTION OF REPORTS ON EXAMINATION

Latest version.

Reports on examination shall be reproduced by the company in sufficient quantity to accommodate the Department's needs, as well as the needs of the company. The report shall be reproduced within 45 days from the date the report on examination becomes a public document; such report to be void of any type of advertisements.
