11 NCAC 20 .0303. PROVIDER NETWORK SAFEGUARDS

In order to promote accessibility, each carrier shall use the following as safeguards for its use of a contracted network of providers:

(1) A program to verify provider credentials in accordance with 11 NCAC 20 .0400.

(2) Written provider contracts in accordance with 11 NCAC 20 .0200.
