The work schedule for employees of the Department is flexible. An employee with the approval of his division head may select to schedule his work day from 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. or 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. The Attorney General retains the privilege of setting work hours for any employee or division at any one of these times he deems necessary.
