15A NCAC 14B .0108. DOCUMENTS TO BE SUBMITTED BEFORE HEARING

Latest version.

(a) At least 10 days prior to the date of the hearing, each party to the appeal shall furnish to the Board a copy of all documents to be introduced at the hearing, including maps, pictures, facility descriptions and briefs, and shall also submit the names of any witnesses that they plan to call to testify at the hearing.

(b) In the absence of an agreement to the contrary, a copy of each such document and a list of the names of witnesses shall also be furnished or made available to the opposing party at the same time.
