(a) The Office of State Human Resources shall maintain a list of employees notified of reduction in force that will serve as a reference for agencies in applying priority consideration reemployment.
(b) The Office of State Human Resources shall also provide outplacement assistance to separated employees who wish to seek employment in the private sector. Such assistance includes resumé preparation, personal marketing, and interview skills, along with Division of Employment Security coordination for placement referral.
