25 NCAC 01J .1311. REINSTATEMENT

Latest version.

When an employee who was dismissed or demoted is reinstated, the employee shall return to employment in the same position, or a similar position at management's option, at the same salary grade or salary grade equivalency which the employee enjoyed prior to dismissal.
